12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer-rights carve-out below, the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
12.2 Consumer carve-out: If you are a consumer (as defined under applicable consumer protection law), nothing in these Terms prevents you from seeking redress before the consumer forum of your choice. Consumer statutory rights are not waived.
12.3 For commercial disputes between businesses, the parties may agree to resolve disputes by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 when mutually agreed in writing.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (acts of God, government action, pandemics, natural disasters, internet failures, strikes, etc.). We will use reasonable efforts to resume performance.

14.5 Language: These Terms are in English. If translated, the English version will prevail in case of conflict.
